Fastpool Terms

Employers utilize www.fastpool.net to schedule and search staff if necessary. Use of Fastpool is governed by agreements between the respective employers and Fastpool.

Fastpool reserves the right to remove any information in the database which we regard as illegal, unethical or otherwise inappropriate without notice. This also means that employers or individuals who use www.fastpool.net in a way that, in our opinion not reflecting the purposes set out above, may be deregistered from Fastpool.

User's obligations
As a user you are responsible for your own communications and their results. You may not impersonate another person or attempt to harm or interfere with our system. When you use this site you have agreed to not sell or transfer the rights that you have been granted here to a third person. You also agree not to use the site for a purpose other than its intended purpose.

Registration and password
You are responsible for your username and password to remain confidential. You are responsible for everything you use under your registration, whether you have given your permission or not. It is also your responsibility to immediately notify us of any improper use of your account or your data.

Safety
Users are forbidden to interfere or attempt to intrude on your site's security by

1. use others' data or log on to a an account that is not intended for this user,
2. try to test the vulnerability or breach security barriers without authorization.

Violations of system or network security may result in prosecution. We will examine such crime and may, if necessary, involve the relevant authorities to deal with this type of crime.

Special rules
The site may only be used by individuals who are employed by employers who use Fastpool or individuals seeking jobs and employers who schedules or looking for staff. We expressly forbid the following types of uses:
- To register false, inaccurate information or publish biographical information, which is false or which is deficient and information that is not your own, is not correct.
- Change or delete material posted by any other person or group.
- Use any type of software or tools to interrupt or attempt to interfere with the site.
- Do something that puts a disproportionate burden on the site.
- To permit a third person to use your password.
- Trying to decipher, disassemble or alter the software that our site is composed of.

Processing of personal data
When you use the website Fastpool saves information about you in our database. Your personal information is used to perform Fastpool Sweden AB's commitment to you as a user of our service. Fastpool treats your personal information in accordance with current personal data legislation. By using Fastpool, you agree that the employer you are connected to via Fastpool use your personal information under the Fastpool's services and that you can be contacted by Fastpool if there are technical errors that need to be sorted out or other information that we need to communicate about our service.

The request for record
You have the right to be informed of how Fastpool treats your personal information. This is done through a personally signed written request to the Fastpool.
